XRumer is a placement tool against the XELO site database. The job is to place, filter junk and report what actually went out. It is link-contour infrastructure, not a “rank #1” product.

Brief: URL, anchors, geo, limits.
Profile and copy setup.
Database run with success control.
Report: sites and placement stats.

Not included: ranking promises, hidden behavioral boosting, a guarantee that every site gets indexed.
